Do you work at weekends and on public holidays?+
Yes. Our specialists work 24/7 and we can clean at whatever time suits you.
How much does deep cleaning cost?+
The price of a general clean depends on the floor area, the condition of the rooms and the scope — for example, whether post-renovation cleaning is also needed. We prepare an exact estimate within one working day.
How do I know the work was actually done?+
Every site has a responsible site manager and all work is run through our own CRM system. Check-in and check-out confirm that staff were present, while the checkpoints confirm the quality of what was done.
What does a general clean include?+
A thorough clean of the whole site: floors, window sills, skirting boards, sanitary rooms, hard-to-reach spots and surfaces that everyday cleaning usually skips. We agree the programme to the site — apartment, house or office.
Is deep cleaning a one-off service?+
Yes, a general clean is often booked once — before the holidays, after renovation, or when the rooms need a thorough reset. After that we can continue with regular cleaning if you want to keep the result.
Do you only clean indoor premises?+
No. We also clean buildings and grounds: windows and façades (including rope access), snow and leaf clearing, lawn mowing and pressure washing.
Are your services insured?+
Yes. We carry civil liability insurance. If a mistake happens, the client bears no financial loss. An in-house cleaner normally has no such cover.
How large is your team?+
More than 70 employees. Every site starts with training: the specification, a survey of the location and the selection of cleaning products and equipment.
